The Kenora Devil’s Gap Islanders have suspended all play.
The junior A hockey team says it’s because of a conflict with the board of governors of the Superior International Junior Hockey League.
It says the decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary to work through league issues to find a buyer for the team.
They want to reassure fans the pause is only temporary.
Updates will be provided on the team’s social media sites.
