A cybercrime investigation in Thunder Bay has led to charges.
Officers began an investigation in November after receiving reports that someone living in the city was suspected of uploading child sexual abuse material.
On Wednesday, a home on Frederica Street East was searched as part of the investigation.
A suspect was arrested and multiple electronic devices were seized.
As a result, a 73-year-old has been charged with possession of child pornography.
The accused remains in custody with a future court date.
