Thunder Bay launches survey on city fire needs

The city wants your input to improve fire response in Thunder Bay.

A survey is now live and will help guide funding decisions on things like resources and equipment.

Project Manager Amy Coomes emphasizes your response will help understand experiences, concerns, and needs.

“Collecting feedback from residents about what levels of service are expected from the city-owned infrastructure is a key step in developing the Asset Management Plan,” said Coomes. “This input allows us to gain a deeper understanding and address community priorities, and plan for future requirements.”

According to the city, survey responses are anonymous and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

The survey is open until the end of January.
