Lakehead Public Schools has announced that due to damage to Tbaytel infrastructure, Gorham and Ware Community School will experience a phone, internet, and
mobility outage on Monday, January 8, 2024.
It was deemed that the school cannot safely operate without communication, so the school will be closed on Monday.
Tbaytel is working to restore the connections and at this moment, it is anticipated that the school will be open and operational on Tuesday, January 9th, although this has not yet been confirmed.
