Canadians…..we love our SYRUP!

Maple syrup producers across Canada said they had a record harvest this year. 79 million litres of syrup. That’s an almost 55% increase from last year, and the highest since 2008. Weather conditions were perfect for syrup production.

Quebec was the highest….with over 90% production.

New Brunswick was 2nd; Ontario, 3rd.
