How do you prepare your TURKEY? Watch this…..

As a grown adult, married and having a family – one would think I would know how to prepare / cook a turkey. Well, up to about 5 years ago, that wasn’t the case.

I always avoided cooking the turkey for those family occasions like Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. Then, I came across this Gordon Ramsay video online, and I’ve never looked back.

I know you have your own way of prepping the turkey, and probably it’s a tradition carried down from years ago. Or maybe you actually do this, if not – try this for Thanksgiving.

PS – ignore the fact that it’s Christmas in this video….LOL. ENJOY.
