From this morning’s “TODAY IN THE BAY”:
Imagine this option at your work: taking “PAW-RENTAL LEAVE”?
A Canadian company called “Talk Shop Media” is now allowing its employees to take ‘paid leave’ if they get a new dog or cat. It’s paid time off, so you can focus on bonding with your new pet. You have to give them at least 4 weeks notice. If approved, you’ll get one week of paid leave to hang out with your new pet.
What do you think? As an employer….would you consider this for your staff?
