You can’t make this stuff up. A couple is suing their neighbour for……what?

From “TODAY IN THE BAY”:

A German couple in their 70’s is claiming that their neighbour’s ROOSTER is torturing them. Crowing over 200 times a day. They want the rooster removed from the property.

They’re taking them to court. They claim they can’t enjoy their garden, can’t leave the windows open, or just simply hang out in the backyard, because….the rooster “crows too much”. Another neighbour moved two years ago, because they couldn’t stand the ‘crowing’. LOL.

IMAGINE THIS CASE in front of the courts. Will a jury be involved? Or is this like a Judge Judy / or a People’s Court episode? HAHA.
