Canada’s best in martial arts will be in Thunder Bay next month.
The National Martial Arts Championships & Festival is now confirmed to begin on Thursday, July 28 and wrap up on Sunday, July 31 at the Fieldhouse at Lakehead University.
The event was first announced in April.
It is hosted by WushuOntario and supported by the Community Economic Development Commission (CEDC) and Ontario’s Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries.
The gala will take centre stage on July 28.
The next event on the calendar will be the World Cup in Samson, Turkey, in September.
