The “four day work week” has been trending on social media over the past week. Thousands of workers are part of a U.K pilot project to work 4 days a week. 32 hours. Plus, no change in pay / salary etc. Just four days a week. Over 70 companies are taking part, from Financial to Restaurants.
Studies have show it improves office morale and has not decreased work productivity. Spain and Scotland will try this concept later this year. Some Ontario businesses have been trying this concept as will over the past year.
Where do you work? Is your industry / your job able to allow you to work a four day week. AND, not 4 x 10 hour days. It’s 4 x 8 hour days.
