Unifor members working in Resolute Forest Products’ forestry operations ratify their four-year agreement.
The deal includes:
- Salary adjustments of $2.50/hour for members in the production industry, $3.50 for members in the trades
- Average salary increases between 20% and 24%
- The establishment of a Women’s Representative in each plant
- Significant enhancements to group benefits
- Third week of vacation after 2 years of service
Nearly 15,000 members will be impacted by the deal in Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
