Victoria Day: Open And Closed

The list of what is open for Victoria Day is limited.

Shopper’s Drug Mart will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. while Thunder Bay Transit will run on a holiday schedule for Monday.

Banks, government offices and Canada Post locations will be closed as will most grocery stores, shopping malls, LCBO and Beer Store outlets.

Also the spring curbside leaf and yard waste collection has been moved back 2 full weeks.

It will now take place between Tuesday, May 31st and Friday, June 10th on your regular recycling day.

Collection will NOT take place on the date indicated on your Waste Collection Calendar.
