The post-mortem examination is complete on the victim of a Pearl Street shooting.
41-year-old James Chapais was found on Ambrose Street on the night of Sunday, May 15th.
He later died at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC).
Police laid a First-Degree Murder and Breach of Undertaking charges against a 49-year-old Thunder Bay man on Wednesday.
Previously, a 45-year-old Thunder Bay woman was arrested and is facing a charge of First Degree Murder and Breach of Recognizance.
A third suspect remains at large.
