House prices continue to rise across Canada.
The average price for a house in Canada — a whopping $816,720 according to data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), that’s an increase of more than 20.6 per cent since February 2021.
Thunder Bay homes are following suit and continue in an upward trajectory.
An average house in Thunder Bay is selling for $337, 268; which is up by 16.6 per cent from last year.
