A 58-year-old man faces a Careless Driving Causing Death charge.
He’s alleged to be involved in the multi-vehicle crash on the evening of September 24, 2021 on Red River Road and Hill Street.
A sedan with a lone driver, and a Jeep with passengers, were involved in the collision.
25-year-old Daniel Moroz was initially transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, but later died from his injuries.
