UPDATE: Arrest In South Side Homicide

A 28-year-old Kingston man will be coming back to Thunder Bay.

He faces a Second-Degree Murder charge in the January 26th death of 37-year-old Antoine Bouchard on Bethune Street.

Members of the Kingston Police located and arrested the suspect on Wednesday, March 30.

The accused was remanded into custody following a court appearance on Thursday, March 31.

The investigation remains ongoing.
