How many cannabis stores are there in Thunder Bay? Last month, Ontario approved it’s 1,000th store. A recent story from CTV News said, in some cities, Cannabis stores are nearly as common as Tim Hortons and Starbucks locations. The question floating around is: are there too many? City of Toronto councilors just asked for a hold on issuing a license……as there are just too many.
Today’s been dubbed :Sesame Street Day”. The show first aired on this day, back in 1969. It’s the longest running and most viewed children’s show in history! It’s on in over 150 countries, and there are 30 international versions of it. Sesame Street…..not only about your ABC’s, your 1-2-3’s….the show and its characters focus on empathy, healthy habits, friendship, love, kindness and grief.
We knew a fine was coming down for Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The NFL fined him close to $15,000…and this was for going to a team Halloween party – maskless. Aaron admitted that he mislead some people about being immunized, but, he stands his ground nd says he’s going to do whatever it takes to be back at the Packers practice facility this Saturday. The PACKERS were also fined $300,000 for breaking the league’s Covid-rules. (by the way, Rodgers can certainly afford that $15,000 fine….his current contract: $33.5 million.
