A charge against the driver of a dump truck who crashed into the side of a school bus.
The truck hit the bus on Highway 608 Tuesday morning, west of East Oliver Lake Road in the Neebing Township.
The bus driver sustained minor injuries while three students on board were not injured.
The accused faces a December 13th court appearance on the charge of not passing safely while turning off the highway.
