A 43-year-old man is the latest facing charges in the fatal Westfort Fire investigation.
The Thunder Bay man is the third individual in the case charged with First Degree Murder in the death of 33-year-old Jordan Lapointe.
Lapointe’s body was pulled from the home on Frederica Street East near Edward Street South on October 3rd.
The death became a homicide investigation on October 8th.
Two Ottawa area men also face a First Degree Murder charge while a 22-year-old will return to court at a later date to answer for the charge of Arson: Damage to Property.
