Active Case Count A Single Digit

The active case count is now at nine.

Officials with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit report three more resolved cases of COVID-19 and no new ones Wednesday.

At the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre four of the five patients that have tested positive for the virus are in the Intensive Care Unit.

The Health Unit will also no longer report daily numbers on Saturdays, instead opting for combining the weekend numbers in their Monday update.

In Ontario 255 new cases of COVID-19 along with 11 deaths.
