33 Active Cases In The District

The active COVID-19 case count remains unchanged in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

Health officials indicate that they are dealing with 33 cases with three new diagnosed cases Tuesday.

Two of the cases were obtained from someone else who had COVID-19, two others are from First Nations communities.

The Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is treating five of their 12 COVID-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

In the province 296 new cases were reported Tuesday along with 13 deaths. This is the lowest daily case count since the middle of September.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
