Drug, Guns Seized By Police On Kenogami Ave

Thunder Bay Police arrest a pair of Southern Ontario men allegedly tied to drug-trafficking in the city.

Authorities conducted a raid at a house on Kenogami Avenue South, near Red River Road and Clarkson Street, just after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.

They recovered $13,000 in cash, cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and Percocet pills. The estimated value of all of the drugs was $295,000.

Four guns with ammunition were also picked up.

The 22 and 24-year-old will have a future court date to answer for drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession charges.

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
