We also talked about mothers day and mothers day gifts as well as drones possibly dropping off your groceries when you forget a few things on your list, how convenient would that be right? Cocktail of the week: Wine Float
Ingredients:
- Red wine of your choice
- Chocolate sauce
- Vanilla Ice cream
- Seltzer
Line your glass with the chocolate sauce then then scoop in your ice cream. Pour your red wine and seltzer over the ice cream and enjoy!
Recipe of the week: Nana’s Mac&Cheese
Ingredients:
- ¼ pound cooked and drained macaroni
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp steak sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 cup old or extra old cheddar
Preheat the oven to 400.
Melt butter in a double boiler, then stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Add milk and onions stirring constantly until thickened. Add grated cheese and stir until melted then add the macaroni. Put into a casserole dish and bake for 20 mins or until top is brown
