Infrastructure Projects On The Table

Two infrastructure votes are set to take place at Thunder Bay Council.

Starting off Monday’s proceedings will be the sewer and watermain contract, as council will determine whether Makkinga Contracting and Equipment Rentals will be awarded.

Makkinga was the lowest bidder at a price tag of $3,049,573.94 for the tender.

The second infrastructure vote will focus on the city’s asphalt paving contract.

Bruno’s contracting put forward a bid of $781,159.40.
