This makes me feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it! This is a pool in London, England. It’s 10 stories off of the ground, 82 feet long and has a completely transparent bottom so that swimmers can look down on the street below. It connects the Embassy Gardens skyscrapers at the 10th floor and is scheduled to be ‘unveiled’ at the end of next month. Not much of a secret at this point. Apparently it’s supposed to make you feel like you’re flying…the pool is 10 feet deep and holds approximately 415 tons of water.
Pretty sure there’s a Jason Statham movie where he blows out the bottom of a pool like this to kill a ‘bad guy’…it’s all I would be able to think about if I tried to swim in this. Definitely not for me!
