Active Case Count Drops In Thunder Bay

Health officials report six new cases of coronavirus as well as nine cases that are deemed as resolved.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit also indicated Tuesday that there’s a new case that could be one of the variants.

The active case count is 66:

  • Four cases obtained from someone else who had COVID-19
  • Two cases obtained through travel outside of Northwestern Ontario

In Ontario there were 3,265 new cases reported along with 29 deaths.
