The re-scheduled spring break in Ontario will go ahead for the week of April 12th.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce says the break, which was delayed back on March 11th, will not be touched on the advice of Ontario’s top doctor.
Lecce also indicates that the government is planning to step up safety protocols when students and staff return to in-class learning.
On Monday Premier Doug Ford told reporters that he couldn’t give a direct answer on whether the break would be postponed or altered.
