The Health Unit wants to know what you think about the COVID-19 vaccine.
It’s asking you to fill out an online survey about attitudes toward the vaccine, like if you plan to get it and why.
It’s open to all residents of the district aged 16 and over.
The Health Unit says the survey will close in the next few days.
