UPDATE 4:30am: Highway 11/17 Open

Highway 11/17 is open across the region.

Provincial police had reported a transport truck lost control and ended up partially in the ditch, at Shabaqua Corners, last night.

Officials indicate there were no injuries in the crash and poor road conditions are being blamed.

There were also a few other disable vehicles east of Thunder Bay last night, but all have been cleared.
