Last night Police Academy (yes, the Steve Guttenberg film from the 80’s) came up as a recommended film in my queue. I probably haven’t seen the film in well over 20 years at this point and I wondered how much of it I would remember and if it would stand the test of time….I actually remembered most of it and it really didn’t stand up for me. It still had funny moments, but way too many cringe worthy ones. It was a different time, and I would like to think we’ve grown a little since then.
