A $6,000 boost for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle campaign.
Ontario Power Generation made the donation, with just three weeks left in the Sally Ann’s campaign. The campaign also raised $7,000 in one day through Giving Tuesday.
A statement from the local Salvation Army says they’re grateful for the support, donations, and the volunteers who give their time to staff the kettles.
The fundraiser has reached just under $80,700, leaving around $140,000 until they reach their goal.
