2021 Scotties Will Be Moved

It is official, the Canadian Women’s Curling Championship will not be held in Thunder Bay this February.

Instead Curling Canada has announced the Scotties Tournament of Hearts will be held in the city in 2022.

“It will be 12 months later than expected, but it will be worth the wait” proclaims a news release.

The Fort William Gardens was picked to host the 2021 championship, but because of the pandemic that event will be moved to the hub city of Calgary.

The 2022 Scotties will take place in Thunder Bay January 28th until February 6th.

Ticket holders will have the option of having their confirmed seats transferred to the 2022 tournament or getting a full refund.
