More COVID-19 Cases For Thunder Bay

Five new cases of COVID-19 diagnosed for the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

The Health Unit says all five got the virus while being nearby someone else who has the virus.

The latest to be diagnosed are from Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. At this time the new cases have been told to self-isolate.

Since tracking started in March there have been 165 cases reported for the Thunder Bay District.

There are now 41 active cases in the region.

Across the province, there were 1,487 new coronavirus cases announced today.
