My oldest son, my partner and I are all SUPER excited that the next season of The Mandalorian is coming out in October. My son and I are HUGE Star Wars nerds so we’re really in to the lore of the Mandalorians, the events post-Empire, etc. My partner is also a big Star Wars nerd, but she is much more excited to see ‘Baby Yoda’ (okay, it’s NOT BABY YODA, the being is actually referred to as ‘The Child’ because, at this point, Yoda has already become one with the force so it CANNOT be Baby Yoda…anyway…) because it’s so dang cute. ‘Baby Yoda’ became the runaway star when it was introduced last year, there are a million memes, toys, shirts, etc. all featuring this super cute character. I predict that there will be a ‘Baby Yoda’ animanted series at some point as well, depending on how the story line of The Mandalorian unfolds, of course. Apparently ‘Baby Yoda’ has an even bigger role in this upcoming season of The Mandalorian, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what they do with this little character. My hope for this season of The Mandalorian is that someone gives this poor kid a name, so we can stop calling it Baby Yoda!!
