A trio from our city in some hot water with police.
It stems from reports to police Monday night of people being unlawful in a dwelling on Sills Street adjacent to Arthur Street.
Officers collected cash, drug paraphernalia and suspected crack cocaine.
A 49 year old Thunder Bay man is in custody and will be in court to answer for a number of charges including:
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling
- Obstructing a Peace Officer
Two women, aged 32 and 39, were released but will be back before a judge.
Police also charged two people from southern Ontario.
