Thunder Bay Police are asking for help finding a 29-year-old man.
Toby Linklater was last seen in the 50 block of Machar Avenue near Bay Street around 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.
He’s described as Indigenous, around 5’9” tall with a thin build. He has long black hair and a black mustache and goatee.
He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and dark green sweater, black cargo shorts, and toque.
