No injuries have been reported following a fire at the district jail.
Thunder Bay Fire and Rescue says it got the call around 6:30 Saturday evening, arriving to find staff at the jail already had it under control.
The cause of the fire has not been given yet.
Fire crews stayed for about an hour to make sure the building was clear of smoke.
