It would support those requiring access to safe spaces, work on developing a “safe supply” program similar to the Managed Alcohol Program, review a pilot project in Kenora that funds their Bear Clan, and look at opportunities for funding relative to decriminalization of drug possession for personal use.
Council declined to request a report that outlines the authority delegated to members of administration by City Council.
