Thunder Bay Theatre Not Opening Yet

Thunder Bay is not included in the list of movie theatres reopening Friday.

Cineplex announced yesterday it is opening 25 locations across Ontario, with the majority in southern Ontario, but also Ottawa and Sudbury.

For those opening, there will be safety measures in place against COVID-19, including spread out spacing when seated, no cash payments, and plenty of cleaning procedures.

Cineplex says it is taking a phased approach to reopening, with the rest of the theatres doing so in the next few weeks.
