The historic Finnish Labour Temple is up for sale.
A local realty website is listing the Bay Street building on its website for $599,000.
Included as part of the sale are the lower level of the building better known as the former Hoito restaurant, and the upper level comprised of the bar, hall, office space, and apartment unit.
The Finlandia Association was forced to give up running the building after it could not pay its bills which totalled up to more than a million dollars.
