A Thunder Bay man is in custody after an assault and an unrelated robbery.
Police say a man was assaulted in Waverly Park last Friday night, after he checked on another man who appeared to be unconscious.
The other man woke up and allegedly attacked him.
When police arrested the accused, they learned he was also suspected in an LCBO robbery that happened in May.
