The clothing charity Precious Bundles is getting $40,000 from the United Way.
Founder Emily Shandruk says thanks to the funding they can help even more kids.
“We are handing out up to 400 bundles ourselves every year and to be able to expand that up to 800 additional kids is great,” Shandruk said.
26 organizations are sharing in over a half a million dollars from the United Way’s Emergency Community Support Fund.
