After much congestion throughout the day, Memorial Avenue is back to normal.
Earlier Wednesday, the arms at the crossing are stuck in the down position and there is no train present and as a result, traffic was backed up in the area.
Police say they were first alerted at around 9:30 this morning.
Officials have said the area is now clear and traffic should be flowing normally.
