This Is Really Neat!

It’s really hard to get out and travel right now, obviously, and one of the things I miss the most is exploring other cities and their radio stations. Whenever I am in another city I’ll skip the satallite radio in favour of local stations. I find it to be really informative of what is happening in the city, what the vibe in certain areas might be like, and what I might run in to when turning the next corner. There have been lots of ‘exploring the city’ videos up on YouTube over the years, but a ‘new’ app called ‘Drive & Listen’ brings the drive and the local radio together! Tour a city while flipping through local radio stations! You can check it out here!

Warning: You may not leave your computer this weekend once you get started!

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
