Driver Testing To Resume Next Week

Anyone who needs to take a drivers test take note.

The Ministry of Transportation says DriveTest will being offering limited services across the province starting Monday.

The goal is to restore full services by September.

The province says it will be a gradual, staggered approach, based on a customer’s date of birth.

It is hoped this will ensure that strict protocols are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

People with birthdays between January to June will be allowed to visit a centre the first week of reopening, and people with birthdays between July to December will have access to DriveTest services the following week.

It will continue alternating until full services come back.
