Another sign the economy is opening back up in Thunder Bay.
The city run Victoriaville Centre and McKellar Mall have reopened.
Officials say measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 remain in place.
Both facilities will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
