Another Arrest Made In Midtown Murder

The list of people charged with second degree murder in the death of a man at the Midtown Inn has grown to three.

Police say they arrested 19-year old Seandi Clarke-Noel of the Toronto area on Thursday, and also charged him with drug trafficking offenses related to cocaine and fentanyl.

Police already have a 36-year old Thunder Bay man, and a 16-year old Toronto youth in custody, both charged with 2nd degree murder. It was Saturday night when police were called to the Midtown Inn to find Paul Vivier of BC seriously hurt, he later died at hospital.

The three accused all remain in custody, with future court dates.

This is Thunder Bay’s 6th murder of 2020.
