An overnight south-side standoff is over, and one man is in custody.
City police were called to Centre Avenue around 8:00 last night for reports of an unwanted person.
They say a man was in crisis, and was brought into custody just before 6:00 this morning. Police arrested him on a charge of Breach of a Court Order, but are not releasing his name because of the “domestic nature” of the incident.
Investigators asked the public to stay away from the area at the time, but have since left the scene.
