There are two new cases of COVID-19 which the Northwestern Health Unit is handling.
The latest has been reported in Sioux Lookout, while the other confirmed individual is someone who doesn’t live in the region, but was listed as part of the health unit due to an old address.
Officials say they are following up on the Sioux Lookout case and notifying known contacts.
It’s not known how the individuals in question got the virus.
You are once again asked to follow health rules including physical distancing, wash your hands often, and disinfect commonly touched surfaces regularly.
