The Thunder Bay District Health Unit’s 18th active case of COVID-19 is a man in his 40’s.
Health officials say he is self-isolating after close contact with another positive case.
He is from a First Nation community in the district.
We have had 71 positive cases in total, 51 of which have resolved. Our district has had one death connected to COVID-19.
